Stafford, VA, May 17, 2010 – K.C. Rich, Inc. announced today that the company has qualified for the top Virginia building contractors license – Class A. The criteria for a Class A license expands the company’s ability to serve customers on single projects of $120,000 or more.
“By way of comparison a Class B license limits a building contractor to projects between $7,500 and less than $120,000. Class C licenses limit the contractor to projects over $1,000 but no more than $7,500,” said Keith Chambers, President of K.C. Rich, Inc. “In addition a Class A license requires a minimum company net worth 300% higher than a Class B licensed contractor. That means further financial assurance to our customers.”
